Smell

Reinforcing color red & number three while making a creative drawing

Instructions Printer-Friendly

  • Take three red cupcake liners and glue them on a piece of construction paper
  • Glue one, two, or three cotton balls in the middle of each liner
  • Draw green stems below the liners to make a flower
  • Let child spray the cotton balls with perfume
  • Encourage the child to draw a garden around the flowers

Simplify

Draw one green stem under each of the cupcake liners

Extend

Encourage the child to draw a picture with multiple objects in their garden. Ask the child what else could be in a garden - up in the sky or down on the ground.

Peter hammers with one hammer all day long (tap fist on the floor)

Pater hammers with two hammers, two hammers two hammers (tap other fist too) Peter hammers with two hammers all day long.
