Finding things that are green

Month 6 · Activity 9 ·   Colors  

Instructions

  • Keep a numbered list this month of items a child sees that are green.  The list should be posted on the refrigerator or another spot that is easily seen and can be added to daily
  • Try to write down something each day - you might want to use a green marker or crayon

               1. green car

               2. green sweater

               3. green food (celery) etc.

QUESTIONS FOR CHILD

If you could rename the colors of your crayons, what would you call the color green? What about the color red or blue?

Can you tell me what some of your friends have been doing at home, school, or in their free time? Is there something a friend is doing that you would like to do also?
