Making Egg Salad
Cooking egg salad

Instructions
- You will use the hard boiled eggs from Activity 8, Month 10
- Let child peel the egg shell off of the eggs and place in a non-breakable bowl
- Ask about the color of the peeled egg remembering that the shell was painted
- Using a fork let child mash the eggs until they are crumbly
- Depending on number of eggs used, add a small amount of white mayonnaise, yellow mustard, green pickle relish and salt/herb seasoning allowing child to taste each ingredient before adding to the egg mixture
- Mix up well and serve with oval crackers (Townhouse crackers, etc.)
