Instructions
- Have a tasting day of Sour and Sweet
- Taste three sour foods (lemon, dill pickle, lime, etc.) and taste three sweet foods ( sugar cookies, banana, sweet cherries, etc.)
- Try adding something sweet and sour to each meal
- For example:
BREAKFAST
Sweet -try maple syrup on oatmeal or pancakes
Sour - try drinking grapefruit juice
LUNCH
Sweet - try chocolate milk
Sour - try dill pickles
DINNER
Sweet - try green or red grapes
Sour - try slices of lemon or limes; cranberries
