Four Layer Parfait
Using food preparation for counting and using words first and fourth
Instructions
- For each serving use a small cup or bowl
- First layer have child drop four blueberries in the bowl
- Second layer add a spoonful of vanilla yogurt
- Third layer add some granola
- Fourth layer add four raspberries
- Repeat layers of blueberries, yogurt, granola, and raspberries
- Eat and enjoy for breakfast, snack or dessert
